One of the reasons I haven't been posting much lately is because I'm not as inspired to take pictures in the middle of a rainy winter. It's cold and yucky out there. Even I can only post so many pictures of lichen-covered posts and barbed wire. And when I have free time, my fuzzy blanket calls.
Enter the brilliance of celebrating Halfway Day!
Grandma and Grandpa are the perfect guests for Halfway Day showing off. They ooh and aah profusely and tell us all we're smart and doing a great job.
They're generously impressed with everything from Latin translation to first attempts at forming letters.

Halfway Day sounds exciting and full of hope and accomplishment! I can see that Grandma and Grandpa are very encouraging. Yay for Halfway Day!
